| BUSINESS HOURS 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time Monday through Friday. ORDERING Orders can be placed via phone, mail, or fax. On mail or fax orders, please include complete shipping address and daytime phone number. Orders of in stock parts are shipped same day or next day. Special order fiberglass/kevlar parts are shipped within one week. Carbon fiber orders are shipped within one to three weeks. PAYMENT Orders can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, COD, or prepayment. If prepaying, please call to get exact shipping charges and include shipping charges in prepayment amount. Certain special order parts may require a prepaid deposit. RETURNS All returns require prior authorizations. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Return items in original packaging and in original condition. Please package carefully as damage in return shipment due to insufficient packaging will result in reduced or no return credit. SPECIAL ORDER PARTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. REFUSED SHIPMENTS Refuse shipments will result in a 20% restocking fee plus freight both ways. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will become a collection item if not paid within 30 days. FREIGHT DAMAGE Damage to merchandise during shipping must be claimed immediately. Parts must be repacked in original packaging in order to submit damage claim. Body by Northstar is not responsible for freight damage or processing freight claim.
